Thanks for using EVVR products, services and mobile application (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We're required to tell you that if you don't agree to the terms below, you can't use or access the Services in any manner.
You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the Services. The services, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to EVVR.EVVR is committed to ensuring that the Services is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Services at any time and for any reason.
The Services may contain third-party services if only you voluntarily choose to use them. We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the mobile application (Application) secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Application won’t work properly or at all.
If you’re using the Application, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the Application, or other third party charges. In using the Application, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the Application, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the Application.
We cannot control and have no duty to take any action regarding how you may use the Services or what actions you may take as a result of using the Services. and you hereby release us from all liability for you actions and the results of your actions on the Services. We will not be reliable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damage and losses arising from the use of the services even if informed of their possibilities.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We do not collect any information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you select to use certain services available on the mobile application ("Application").
We do not sell, rent, or share with any third party information collected from our Services, including any personally identifiable information about you.
Here are the types of information we may collect and how we may use it:
Your account number, password, photos, and private data generated in the course of daily operation of the EVVR App will be stored only on your local EVVR controller.
When you use the help and feedback feature, EVVR requires your contact email address, which will be used by EVVR to follow up on the resolution of your issue.
Mobile Device Data
Your mobile device name, model, manufacturer, version of your operating system, country, and your IP address. Such information is used to differentiate your mobile devices connected to the product.
We may request to access or permission to your location to provide location-based services, such as simplifying the location setting and triggering location-related routines. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings. Your geo-location information is always stored in the device itself and would never upload to the cloud.
We may request to send you push notifications regarding the Services, such as emergency alerts. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
You may request to provide your log data to us in case of troubleshooting of the Services. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation. This includes exchanging information with other entities for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We are working hard to collect your data as little as possible while keep your services work normally. We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
POLICY FOR CHILDREN
