Your account number, password, photos, and private data generated in the course of daily operation of the Evvr App will be stored only on your local Evvr controller.
When you use the help and feedback feature, Evvr requires your contact email address, which will be used by Evvr to follow up on the resolution of your issue.
Mobile Device Data
Your mobile device name, model, manufacturer, version of your operating system, country, and your IP address. Such information is used to differentiate your mobile devices connected to the product.
We may request to access or permission to your location to provide location-based services, such as simplifying the location setting and triggering location-related routines. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings. Your geo-location information is always stored in the device itself and would never upload to the cloud.
We may request to send you push notifications regarding the Services, such as emergency alerts. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
You may request to provide your log data to us in case of troubleshooting of the Services. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
