The choice of logistics vendor will depend on different situations.

If I order more than one item, will they be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product and quantity. Once a package has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the product is sent out.

What should I do if I receive a different product than what I ordered?

Firstly, take a clear picture of the product you received;

Secondly, take a picture of the package's tracking number. Please make it clear for verification;

Then, reply to the shipping notification email with the above information.

The procedure is the same when receiving damaged products or less.
